Haiku – 23 March

Volcano erupts,

Down comes magma from the skies,

Watch the cotton grow.

This is a haiku I wrote a little over 3 weeks ago. It’s going up today because it was written in honour of my best friend’s birthday. When this goes up, it will be 12 AM on the 23rd of March, Indian Time.

There is a special meaning only she will get but I think it can be read even otherwise. It still makes sense and there are several ways you can interpret this.

Happy birthday Saumya! I hope you like the haiku.
